Corporate site designed “to increase the number of creators.”

Our vision is “to increase the number of creators.”
We run our company aiming for making more people creator. 
Creators, including us, imagine and sympathize someone else through “creation.”
Creators try to touch their heart and make them happy.
Creators also become happy by making someone else happy.
Our experience of imagining and touching someone else’s heart, and making them happy, becomes social capital someday.Thus, we believe in “to increase the number of creators” makes our society better.

New and unique front page updated everyday

We update its front page every day, on a rotating theme basis.
To introduce various aspects of us as creators, we publish not only our business performance and works, but we put “bits and piece” of everyday life, such as employees’ episodes and blogs.
And also, back ground design and illustration is changed on a day-by-day rotating basis, to visualize it updated daily.

Showing employees’ tweets to introduce reality inside of our office

Utilizing Twitter API, our employees’ tweets are shown at front page. With its real-time update, visitor can see our real life through corporate site.
And also, technical tweets made by our engineers often trigger another tweet from external engineers. This kind of communication increases linkage among creators.

Open customer support with Twitter

Since we provide many web services, users make tons of positive and negative comments on blog and twitter. Our “open” customer support team keeps their eyes open to all those comments, and sends them message on web with its original site.
By opening our customer support in public, we get specific and productive feedback. And at the same time, our customers can see our philosophy and attitude towards them. <br />With this approach, the number of feedbacks to our Twitter account is tripled. And also, sessions to our service through Twitter added 59%. Now we are working on selling this “customer support web site and service” for other web developing companies.

Getting close to users increased the number of applicants

We realized that more information we disclose, more people applied.
The news on the front page and employees’Tweet made positive impact on our recruiting, of course one of biggest concern of most company.
10% net increase in the number of applicants including grad and mid-career hiring.
We actually met people.

Design incorporating “cartoon”, a world-class culture we as Japanese are proud of

We composed the website entirely of cartoonish expressions of design like word bubble and onomatopoeia.
When the site is scrolled, the onomatopoeia moves in the background, which is reminiscent of cutoff animation.
Also, on special page featuring our name card, users can put words into speech bubble of employees' face cartooned on their name cards.
This page is the interactive content where visitors also can enjoy the sense of actually moving their hands and creating something.

    “With whom?” rather than “what to do?”.
    This is one of KAYAC’s principles.
    We think that our member is an important element forming the company; therefore we prepared a 1-page profile of each and every staff.
    We exercised unique creativity twist of Internet culture; sorting the profiles by age/PV and showing public the relevant information on employees like "our fellow workers" and "works".

  • Service page-know employees from our works, and vice versa

    We are introducing as many as possible of our works, which shows the outlines, point and production term. Also, visitors can find an employee from our works and then know our works from employees. You can see the faces of creators through all the KAYAC’s works.
